  2. You are so sweet. I always feel the same way! :) This was my first try at adding a resist between the layers then cutting the resist out. The inner layer (yellow) was a different breed of wool than the merino outer layer and they didn't felt together the way I wanted...but it was another learning experience for me!

  4. Kelly ! Great to meet you! found you ont he Our Blogs group of stitching fingers!! Love this piece as it reminds me of beach stones and I LOVE beach stones!!! THe colors are terrific as well. I am just begining to jump into the worlld of felting- love it!!! I also love hand stitching and I love waht you did with Susan Sorrel!!! Awesome work!!
    Have you ever had a chance to take a class with Margo Duke??? I love her and she lives up here near me and I ahve been fortunate to have a class with her- your Peace Felt pieces remind me of her work. Wander over to my blog sometime when you get a chance!!!
