Organizing and Brrrrrrrr.....

I have not been felting, but have been organizing ALL of my crafting supplies. Stamping, sewing, felting, knitting, crochet, embroidery, stained glass, lampworking, and general crafting....I used to seperate all of the items by what craft they went with....but now I have organized by like items and it is soooooo much easier to find things. We have had some chilly nights here in sunny Florida. It actually says 27 degrees F, on my thermometer right now! The kids would love to see snow, but the most I can give them is some frost.....Hope everyone is staying warm,,,,,,,

  2. I started a little organizing in my fiber room but then got distracted with a fleece I'd washed but hadn't done anything else with yet. Also found a few pounds of silk caps I'd forgotten about so am thinking about dyeing plans. And apparently organizing went to the wayside here so I certainly salute you!

  4. Riet- snow and crutches do not go well together! I grew up in Germany and have great memories of playing in the snow...I also remember how the adults would complain because they had to shovel and drive in it!

Deb- I would have been distraced every 5 minutes and on to something else if my hubby would not have been home to keep me focused! He knows me so well...lol I do have lots of raw wool that is begging to be dyed .....

Elizabeth- I figured once I get organized, then all the fun can happen can continue...I have this last week off before I have to join the working world again....Have fun felting!
